A custom version of this 1970 SF SHAWNEE ranch won all of the 2002 “Peoples Choice” awards in the Autumn Creek Parade of Homes.  It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an oversized kitchen with 10’ ceiling height through most of the home.   Call or E-mail us for details.

The AUGUSTA / LAVERTON homes are beautiful and cozy 2 story homes with great curb appeal.  Available as a 3 – 4 bedroom and range from 1650 – 1800 SF.

Our versions of the CLEMENS 1.5 story home range from 1964 – 2200 SF and have 3 – 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  A beautiful front porch with a double cathedral family room and owner suite down, highlight this plan.

The ANDOVER is another 1.5 Story with the possibility of up to 5 bedrooms with the bonus room finished and converted.  Our versions are 2208 SF with the finished bonus room.  We built one with an all brick exterior in Bridgwood.

The HASTINGS is a larger 2 story at nearly 2300 SF with a bonus office or 4th bedroom down.  It features a 2 story foyer with an owners balcony overlooking it.  The living & dining are combined into one large room with elevated ceiling and column definition.

This COMSTOCK is a 2456 SF custom ranch featured a walkout and several custom touches in Rosewood – St. John.
